Dr. Tiffany Sandoval de Lopez earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Rochester and her Ph.D. from the San Diego State University, University of California at San Diego Joint Doctoral Program in Clinical Psychology with a specialty in Neuropsychology. She completed her dissertation research at the Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center in San Diego examining specifically how Alzheimer’s disease affects language abilities in bilingual patients. She completed her internship at the Sepulveda Ambulatory Care Center which is part of the Greater Los Angeles Veteran’s Administration System and moved to Hawaii to complete her post doctoral residency at the Spark M. Matsunaga VA medical center. She has advanced training in neuropsychological assessment of geriatric populations as well as traumatic brain injury.
